Terri Amig exhibits widely throughout the northeast. Her recent series of paintings are metaphors for humankind and our nature. Amig uses symbols to represent desires, wants, and needs. The paintings are painted with tar on canvas or linen with a walnut based oil paint. As the paintings age, they "cure" and the paint interacts with the chemical properties of the tar creating magical look. She was also a founding member of “The Prickly Pear” art gallery in Cape May, NJ.

She will be conducting a workshop, “Decorative Painting for Home Interiors,” on Thursday October 25 at 6pm.
